Lichess OTB Mode

@RJblue I suppose the best way to do it is to have four additional categories
otb bullet, otb blitz, otb rapid, otb classical
separate ratings for the existing categories and the additional four.

Describing OTB online chess without saying "j'adoube" beforehand, Lichess now has to implement this feature - just as Horsey was forced into permanent existence.

yes, @GnocchiPup, that would work. I was thinking of something like zen mode.
