Spectator chat in TV?

I'd love to see this type of chat and the trolling can be addressed by only allowing accounts with a high minimum number of games to be able to chat(everyone can read it) and this privilege can be revoked at any time if they abuse it.
Yes, and this site already has mechanisms for this set up for various other concerns or issues and I'm sure there would be plenty of more than willing volunteers to do it for the chat if they asked, so that the existing volunteers could remain focused on what they are already doing with a minimum of bother.
You're kind've expecting someone to be monitoring the chat 24/7. It isn't going to happen.
Yea, I guess 24/7 chat monitoring would probably be unrealistic. Perhaps that's not needed though, like if chat moderators(only) would get a notification if someone was flagged, for those times when they didn't feel like watching the chat. Even if they were away at the time they could deal with it when they return. However, I don't think it would happen all that often after a while because the requirement could be only accounts with say, at least 1000 games can chat, and any of those that would be inclined to troll, would be weeded out fast, leaving only 'normal' people heh. I understand that you developers have a lot to do though, so considering the amount of design work, coding and coordination it would take it's probably pretty far on the back burner. Oh well, it was a nice thought.
Not all players report. Quite often people run-a-muck in chat systems on this site and no one reports them. So, still not very positive.
I think that it would be a positive experience to have ongoing chat during TV games.
