Honor feature

When you report someone, to protect against abuse, it goes to moderators, who act on the report. How will you protect against abuse here?

People are far, far less likely to use this feature than to report someone for unethical behavior. So you will end up in a situation where the "leaders" (ugh) are just people who have one or two friends they play with lots who DO use it. Or people will use secondary accounts to improve the rating of their primary account; this may seem so pathetic that nobody would do it, but you have people here who cheat on puzzles and anonymous games - there is nothing too pathetic for some people. There will be no standard for when it should be handed out. Can I give it because I like the nationality of my opponent? Because they appear to be of the same race as me? Or for any other arbitrary reason?

All of this will make the feature completely meaningless, it will be impossible to read anything into one person's standing relative to another. And if that's the case, then what on earth is the point? How does this proposed feature make this Web site better? What does it add that simply saying "good game" at the end of your game does not achieve?
@Chessty_McBiggins If I am not mistaken Mods can see linked accounts from the same IP/device so that would be easy to prevent. Also this feature can be limited to +1 Honour for any opponent per Month/year. Also we should either limit the amount of kudos each person can give or weigh the Kudos less that were given out by "generous" players. For instance If one gives just one to an opponent then its value should be 1, if a player gives every one of his opponents a Kudos then the value should be divided by the amount of recipients. Or a mix of the systems. Maybe even have a hidden rating for Kudos and reports to determine what players do use the features well/as intended.
