What are this stupid etiquettes in online chess?

The game 14 was not playing on needlessly;they played until pieces had to be exchanged because the possibility of an unseen tactical move. This is a standard of grandmaster play , there are many draws today and they must not look like they are fudging, as for online that is because it is a massive "playground" and the standards are set only after abuses.
I have offered a draw once in my life online and it was because it seemed to be to long and drawn out ha ha , the opp. declined and I crushed him ; so, they use as many objective causes as possible.
Ah yes, apples and oranges...

In Game 14, Ian knew he can not lose this endgame, so why not play on?
He played to try and make Ding blunder the game by fatiguing him.
Furthermore, a small advice for "lower-rated" games: There are two different kinds of drawn positions.
These your opponent holds and those who he doesn't hold.

And to also give my two cents to the question in the title of this topic:
Online and OTB are completely different beasts.
There are reasons why stalling in online games is annoying and might get you banned.
Seems fairly obvious, doesn't it? "Stalling" in an online game means that you just might be abandoning it; but in OTB your physical presence is proof against that.
