Drexel Chess Club

The Drexel Chess Team was formed in 1972 and has continued to be active on both the club and team levels. Members of the club consist of beginners to world-class players, and the team has participated in tournaments such as the World Amateur Team East, the Greater Philadelphia Open, the Liberty Bell Open, and a variety of intercollege matches in the Philadelphia area. All players who are interested in chess are welcome, regardless of ability level.
