Losing bullet games in error

en.lichess.org/Goy80QtabIMW

This is not a loss. As far as I'm aware, it is not even possible to checkmate me with one bishop. I know this has happened to me before. Why does your software allow my opponent to win on time with no mating material? That's some bull.
Is it impossible to checkmate only with king+bishop or king+knight? Because I don't think so.
They've tried to switch to an implementation of FIDE rules for flagging here.

FIDE rules state that as long as there is any legal sequence of moves resulting in mate of the flagged player, no matter how stupid those moves are (i.e., a helpmate), then the flagged player loses. This is different than the USCF and almost every other site, where things like K+N and K+B are automatic draws for the side with remaining time.

Here the existence of a sequence of legal moves resulting in checkmate is pretty trivial:

The advantages and disadvantages of this rule set versus the alternatives have been debated ad nauseum in the forums to this point (a quick search should unearth all of that), but regardless of that discussion, that's why it's a loss.
Thanks for the explanation, a pleasant illusion. I have played on FICS and other sites that have never resulted in losses like I have experienced here. I think the other way makes more sense. But obviously that discussion has already been had and things are the way they are. c'est la vie.
