I lose so many Bullet games on time bc of disability

It's getting frustrating, I can be up a lot of material and even up on time, but then the opponent starts pre-moving and never losing any time and I watch as my time goes down little by little. I have a degenerative muscle condition and simply cannot move faster than about a move every half second. My brain works fine and I lose a lot more games on reaction time than skill. I gravitated towards chess because I could never compete in athletics because of my condition. This is supposed to be a game of the mind, but online bullet players make it yet another game about physical ability and it bothers me so much. I wish people would just resign. OTB, people resign. I just wanted to vent.

Have you tried 2+1 ?

Why do you play bullet then?
Bullet isnt a game of the mind, its a game of the fingers

I play bullet because a lot of the time I don't have time to play longer games. I play Blitz too which is definitely more suited to my physical limitations. But I like the challenge of bullet because it requires fast thinking which is what I'm good at.
Theoretically, Bullet 2+1 would give you the extra time you need. Especially if you pre-move at least some of the time too. The games should be nearly as quick anyway. A few less games for quality of outcomes seems a good trade. Your rating should go up.

Yeah, unfortunately, if you cannot premove it's going to be difficult to win at the higher level at 1/0. You just won't have the time necessary to break down the opponents defense without premoving, and without making 50+ moves. Often times 70+ at around 2200 because of the endgame.

How about 1+1. Or 2+1? Anything with an increment should solve your problem.

Bullet is physical and mental. It requires both.
I feel bad about your condition, but asking people to resign is not appropriate. Chess requires that you win the game within the time allotted.
Don't blame your opponent if you fail to do that.
I briefly looked at your past twenty games. You were checkmated a number of times, so you're not just losing on time. It's a mix of both.
But there is an easy way to solve the time problem. Play bullet with increment.
I cannot play Bullet because of age problems, I am way to slow. May I ask my opponents ask to resign?
