Rating filters on lichess ipad app

There used to be an option to filter the opponent's rating when creating a live game on the lichess ipad app. e.g. I would create a challenge for a 1|0 rated game, opponent rating 2000 or higher only.

I upgraded the app to the latest version a few days ago, and now that option is no longer present! :( Whenever I create a challenge, I'm now paired with someone rated about 600 points lower than me, which obviously is not ideal.

Does anyone know why this option was removed, and whether it's coming back?

Instead of creating a challenge, try just going to the general "create game" option where you can pretty much do anything, even play cpu. This is assuming you aren't trying to play anyone specific and that the android app is the same in this regard. I hope this helps, as I still have the rating filter with the latest update.

Yes, the "create a game" button is what I've been using, and it has no rating options.

Change the mode from casual to rated and you will see the rating options.

I had forgotten that "casual" means "unrated"... oops.
