I think some bug appearerd when creating tournament. Before a couple of minutes I have tried to create e torunament - set all properties (standart chess, rated, 4 people, 10 minutes and 0+2sec per game). Lichess creates a tournament and redirects me to the tournament page. After a second it refreshes a page and tournament is already expired. I have reproduced this bug three times.
