i think they can see your any of the chat if you report them(your friend with whom you are talking)

I think they can, but I think because of the protection of data law, they cant tell anyone what they read in the chats (im not 100% sure tho)
Yes.They won't because they have other important things to do. Even our Gmail's can be read by Google staff if they want to. Or our messages in WhatsApp, Discord, etc Phone calls.
DMs means privacy, so it seems that moderators can't see our chats. Unless we message something which is against ToS they probably can read only on that case and chatban us.
