Do you agree with Kramnik about Hikaru?

> @vexch I don't quite agree with the interpretation here (case in point, around 2:04:05, where he doesn't notice the opponent's counterplay until it happens), but I'm also no chess expert, and I have to respect that you offered a plausible answer.

The "evaluation bar" cheat is a subtle way to cheat - a cheater doesn't know his nor his opponent's best moves, and can miss those. It can give like 200 ELO boost and it is hard to detect using statistical methods, read it more here chess.stackexchange.com/questions/38840/evaluation-bar-cheating-how-much-does-it-really-give-and-how-can-it-be-detect.

One way to view this - the "evaluation bar" cheat can help a cheater to raise near to his all time best performance while chatting, eating, singing and aging at the same time :).

But how can someone use/get a evaluation bar while playing games?
I mean that's obviously not a feature, definitely not in Lichess.
Now I don't know about chess.com , cuz maybe they have a secret feature that you can pay us $1,000 dollars and u can cheat
like all they want is money ya know
(obviously not true...right?)
I really don't want to go into that article, but can ya tell me how that's possible?
Ha!
Hmm...would a player like hikaru really go into all of that?
I mean he is a pretty good player, we know that because of OTB. unless he has been cheating there too.
Okay, so some sorta news came out that Kramnik just quit online chess. Now I don't know much abt other tournaments, cuz i don't have 4 hours of free time to see a full coverage or something, but does Kramnik still plays OTB tournaments? like standard not 960 (cuz kasparov plays 960 still)?
If he doesn't does that mean that now he wants to become like a chess-cheating-scandal-maker and chess-cheating-reporter?
Isn't that supposed to be *not* a good thing for the 14th wc?
source? Kramnik "quit" online chess not for the first time anyway?
It's over one year old, it's the Keymer incident (lmao)
