Why the delay in banning of cheater?

This cheater was reported yesterday, but is still active today.

Why is there such a delay in the banning process?

5 consecutive computer-analyzed perfect games were reported.

It is really bad if it takes too long to ban obvious cheaters, as they continue to terrorize opponents and make lichess a worse place.

A quite dramatic rating gain

To #1. Hm, that's true. When I report such obvious cases the action is normally taken within 20 min - 1 hour. Maybe mods were busy, or noone was too aware of 1500-rating cheater...

Same, reported today one guy, but no action still. It was not obvious if he cheated, but games were strange enough to make a report. I'd like to post games for discussion, but seems it's not right thing to do. Isn't it?
