I can't understand how Lichess decides that I shouldn't get a rating for this puzzle?

the first puzzle was the daily puzzle, so there is so little rating

It's not the first time I've encountered (and if I'm not mistaken, it's not the first year) that I get 0 rating for solving puzzles.
Puzzles in terms of difficulty correspond to, and sometimes exceed my rating, but the system "decides it is necessary" to give me a tick.

I would understand perfectly well if the situation was one-time, I would understand if the puzzle complexity was 600 points less than my rating. I would understand if I solved it with the rating turned off.
But in this case, I can't understand how Lichess decides that I shouldn't get a rating for this puzzle? Yes, I was able to solve it faster than the previous ones (the previous ones took from 10 to 30 minutes), but this is solely because in this task you immediately understand what is required of you. honestly, I'm even surprised that this puzzle is rated so highly, however...

  1. the puzzle corresponds to my rating 2) I coped with it 3) the rating mode was ON, and I did not get a rating. 4) i have a stable internet connection
    Why, Lichess?

(P.S.) one puzzle earlier I had turned off rating mode, so it should be +0, but after it I turned on rating, then thought about that puzzle, then double-checked that rating mode was on and finally solved the puzzle and unfairly got a check mark.
