Hi,
today I would like to share my study of an interesting positionally played game.
Enjoy
cs.lichess.org/study/i97mqobMthe meaning of Qd1 +Na2 is probably Bf1-Nb4-Nd3-b4-Nc5 but since you always have e5 I guess you could say that white is short of 5 tempi to execute this plan :)
I have always been slightly critical of the g6 slav's but this one was really good. That very sad knight on a2 I feel for it :( Being left out of everything. hehe. :)
Short story black was in time for e5 and white was slow activating. Blacks queenside majority was very nice while white is passive and the kingside majority is not going to do much for white.
@chessanalyst I have 1 more Slav with Qc2 g6 with the same opposition. I used the similar themes in it as in the previous game. Pawn break e5, pushing b5. Slow positional game.
cs.lichess.org/study/d0xeUJ4IOne can rely on g6 if needed.
