Good game I played at the chess club yesterday

So, I am a rather low-rated player who begun at the local chess club recently, after playing chess since January this year. We were playing 90 minutes with 30 seconds increment, where I play as black.

The computer analysis is good at telling you where you did wrong, but it's very bad at explaining why and telling you where you did good. Therefore I hope I could get some opinions from some of you.
Black was a pawn up for nothing after a bad opening by white and lost the thread after 18. Nf3, going from a technically won position to an inferior one after 24. Re7. 18... Bxd3 is an important mistake making the win much more difficult (there is no reason to trade a weak d3 pawn for a healthy one at e5, not to mention the white N gets the sweet d4 square). After 18... f6 the win is pedestrian : for instance after 19. d4 (pretty much the only move) e4 the general plan is Rac8, Be6, f5, followed by the advance of kingside pawns.
